Eleventh Circuit Court Unavailable Sunday

Appeals to be Delayed
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit announced that the PACER and CMECF systems will be unavailable this coming Sunday, July 14th due to scheduled maintenance. This will delay access to case information and filings during this time.
The affected systems include the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) and the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CMECF) systems. Users will not be able to access case information, file documents, or make payments through these systems during the maintenance period.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 12:01 AM EST on Sunday, July 14th and is expected to last until 11:59 PM EST on the same day. During this time, users will not be able to access the PACER or CMECF systems.
The Eleventh Circuit apologized for any inconvenience this may cause and asks that users plan accordingly.
